What’s on at Eurosol?
At the Eurosol campsite in Vielle-Saint-Girons, entertainment punctuates each day without ever weighing it down. Between the Landes pine forest, the indoor heated swimming pool, and the Atlantic Ocean just a ten-minute walk away, the program is built naturally – according to your desires, those of your children, and the south-western sun. Here’s what you’ll find on site.
Aquatic area: swimming pool, paddling pool and ocean access
Water is at the heart of camping life. We offer you several pools to suit all profiles :
- A heated indoor swimming pool – ideal for cool mornings or cloudy days.
- Two outdoor pools, with depths ranging from 90 cm to 3 metres, for swimmers of all levels.
- A fun paddling pool for children, equipped with water jets – an area dedicated to the youngest where they can splash about freely.
And just 700 metres from the campsite, the Saint-Girons beach stretches over miles of fine sand facing the Atlantic. Supervised in the afternoons from May onwards, and at full capacity in July and August, it’s a natural extension of the aquatic day started at the campsite. Children under 11 must be accompanied by an adult in the water.
Sports and outdoor activities
We have designed the campsite as an open space for physical exertion and play, with facilities that are entirely free of charge:
- Beach volleyball, table tennis, petanque, mini-golf and multi-sports field – equipment available at reception, at no extra charge.
- A tennis court, free of charge, by reservation in high season.
- An open-air fitness area, for those who want to maintain a fitness routine without leaving the estate.
You can also rent bikes and surfboards from Oxygen Cycles, the service provider based directly on the campsite. This is one of the most convenient access points to the Vélodyssée, the cycling route that links the Landes region through forests and dunes. The beach is just a few minutes away by bike, while Lac de Léon is around 20 minutes along the cycle path.
Activities for children and teenagers
This is often what families remember most. In July and August, we offer children’s and teenagers’ clubs – completely renovated for the 2026 season in a dedicated dome – with varied programs adapted to each age group:
- Mini disco, karaoke, Olympics
- Nature activities: discovering the Landes environment
- Three playgrounds throughout the campsite, plus a bouncy castle
Outside the high season, occasional family events take over. The rhythm changes, but the spirit remains the same.
Evening events and group activities
Imagine a warm evening under the pine trees, tables on the terrace, a concert slowly getting underway. Musical evenings, small shows, pétanque, beach volleyball and ping-pong tournaments: we regularly host evening events for those who wish to extend the day in good company. Water tournaments complete the program in high season.
These collective moments are part of what distinguishes Eurosol from a simple place to stay: a village life, on a human scale, where encounters take place naturally.
Around the campsite: nature, cycling and Lake Léon
The campsite doesn’t stop at the fence. At Vielle-Saint-Girons, you’re within easy reach of the Landes countryside. From the estate, you can cycle to :
- The beach is just a few minutes away by bicycle
- Lac de Léon, about 20 minutes away, for canoeing, paddling and pedalos
- Dunes and pine forests, typical of the Aquitaine coast
In July and August, a free shuttle bus runs from the campsite to Lac de Léon – ideal for families who don’t want to pedal with young children.
Catering and social events
Between two events, the campsite’s restaurant – run by the same team for over twenty years – offers local cuisine: regional dishes, fish, salads and pizzas. The covered pergola terrace invites you to take your time. A snack bar and a bar complete the offer for quicker meals.
The on-site grocery store lets you do a little shopping without leaving the campsite: regional products, fresh produce, fruit and vegetables, beach items. We’ve thought of everything so you don’t have to worry about anything – except enjoying yourself.
