Moliets-et-Maa

A typical Landes village, Moliets is also home to the courants d’huchet nature reserve. Otherwise known as the ” Landes Amazon “, this natural site can be explored on foot along the marked trails, or by galupe (boat) with a boatman as guide, departing from Lac de Léon. The site can be reached in just 20 minutes from the Eurosol campsite.

When you visit Moliets, you’ll find two beaches for surfing, fun and relaxation. The main beach is one of the largest on the Landes coast and ideal for surfing. For more peace and quiet, head for the beach of the cork oaks, away from the crowds. Finally, if you want to explore new landscapes, the beach at the mouth of the river is ideal!

The Landes forest stretches across the entire region, making it ideal for cycling along the Velodyssée or other marked trails.

Golf enthusiasts can visit the Moliets golf course, open all year round. Situated between forest and ocean, it’s particularly pleasant to practice on the 9- and 18-hole courses.
