The whole world is in an exceptional and terrible crisis due to Covid-19. We put all the necessary measures in place in order to guarantee as much as possible the health of our staff and our guests.
Many of you have questions about your bookings and we do our best to answer them as soon as possible. A lot of questions come back frequently and here below you might find the answer to one of yours.
Not knowing what the next steps and announcements will be, we are in the continuous adaptation to this exceptional situation. This page is therefore likely to evolve according to future government directives. We will update this page following the announcements of the French government, the national health services, and the French federation of Campsites. We invite you to consult this page from time to time.

In case of Corona virus during your holiday dates, you’ll receive full refund of your payment(-s) IF :
1/ One of the persons on the booking form is affected by the Corona virus. (medical certificate needed),
2/ The campsite is located in a region for which the government has issued an unfavorable or negative decision for traveling during the dates of your stay.
For all other reasons of cancellation, our general conditions will be applied.
Summer and the beginning of the holiday season are nearly upon us. In the last few months our world has changed, and so that we can keep our customers and staff as safe as possible, we have had to introduce some new rules and restrictions. We are sharing them with you so that can prepare and are not surprised when you arrive. Please be aware that these may change as the COVID situation develops. The safety measures focus on protecting the health of our visitors and staff and we are relying on you to respect and comply with them.
Only two people will be allowed in reception at any time and wearing a mask is compulsory. Our team will serve from behind a plexiglass screen and will have disinfected keys, the payment terminal and anything else that you may need to touch.
The washblocks will be regularly cleaned and disinfected by our staff. Hand sanitiser will be available at the entrances to the blocks. Please remember a mask for the hall ways and disinfectant to clean handles and taps before and after use. Please note: Masks, paper towels and wipes must be disposed of in the rubbish bins, NOT in the toilets.
To comply with the regulations for 4m2 per person, admittance to the pools will be limited to 140 people at any time (if necessary, three 3-hour sessions with subscription will be arranged but this has not been the case in 2020 !). Disinfectant will be available at the entrance. For your safety only 60 sun loungers will be available around the pools and they will have to be covered by a big towel. Please respect social distancing.
Animation (High Season)
Play areas will be available for a maximum of 10 people at a time. Kids club will take place with specially adapted activities. Our team will wear masks and sanitiser will be available for the children. We ask that children bring their own pencil case and coloured pencils and felt tips. For the older young people activities adapted to comply with social distancing will be organised. No contact sports will be offered. If you wish to play tennis, table tennis or petanque please bring your own racquets, bats, balls and boules. There will be music entertainment 3 times a week on the stage.
The shop will be open every day with hand sanitiser available and wearing a mask is compulsory. Please maintain social distancing especially at busy times.
Will be available as usual while respecting hygiene requirements and distancing.
Bar and Restaurant
The tables will be appropriately distanced, and a maximum of 10 people will be allowed at a table.
All rentals will be cleaned and disinfected to the required standard and there will be a minimum of six hours between departures and arrivals. We will provide vacuum sealed disposable mattress protectors which must be used by all clients. However we will not be able to provide duvets or pillows. Guests are requested to bring their own. Bed linen and towel rental will be available (please book at least 10 days before arrival). At the end of your stay these towels and sheets must be placed in sealed clear plastic bags, (provided by the campsite). Please ventilate your accomodation as much as possible on departure.
These are the arrangements we have put in place to make your holidays as safe as possible. Since it is not the rules that will protect us all but our behaviour, we expect you to respect and take the following protective measures :
ACT TOGETHER and ACT RESPONSIBLY and HAVE A GREAT HOLIDAY !!!
